The Investment Process

Earn Investment Income

Investors will receive a fixed return of 12% per annum, compounded during the first year and paid annually thereafter.

Income distributions commence after 12 months, with payments made on a bi-annual basis.

In addition, funding partners will be granted exclusive access to pre-launch investment opportunities across the wider group portfolio. This privilege offers investors the chance to participate in upcoming projects ahead of the general market, securing preferential terms and early exposure to high-growth, high-potential developments.

Your Exit Strategy

At the end of the 30-month term, the investment will automatically redeem. The exit is facilitated through a combination of strategies, including:
